Questions relating to vacuum vessels

All our devices are supplied with a hood system which is guided by 2 hydraulic cylinders to facilitate opening and closing. These jacks act as shock absorbers.

This system prevents all possible injuries that could arise from handling a conventional hood without these "shock absorbers".

Our devices are supplied with digital displays with a resolution of 1 mbar, pressure stabilization is carried out by an automatic system which checks the "depression" regularly and adjusts it if it fluctuates with an amplitude greater than

+/- 5 mbar

If your departure instruction is -400 mbar, the regulation system maintains the vacuum between -405 mbar and -395 mbar

In order to be able to visualize the flow of it in the box, it is preferable to test the products containing dry liquid in our boxes.

Often it is necessary to test products containing liquid "upside down" to be sure that the air that remains in the container will not come out first through a possible leak ... It is necessary that all the part of the product that is susceptible to leak or in contact with the liquid. Some products containing very little air, can be tested lying down but be sure that the air is not in contact with the parts likely to leak ...

In order to check the escape of bubbles during the test, it is better to test the product in immersion. Air bubbles will be easier to spot this way. With a dry test it is impossible to spot the escaping air.

This test protocol corresponds to the following standards

ASTM D3078 – Standard Test Method for Determination of Leaks in Flexible Packaging by Bubble Emission.

ASTM F2096 – Standard Test Method for Detecting Gross Leaks in Medical Packaging by Internal Pressurization (Bubble Test)

Because of the depressurization that is carried out in the hold of the aircraft.

In fact, airlines lower the pressure by around -250mbar during air transport. This is to minimize pressurization costs in airplanes and reduce mechanical stresses on the aircraft. It is the same in the cabin where you are traveling.

Your packaging is therefore subjected to less pressure compared to its packaging altitude, which causes it to swell because the pressure contained inside balances with the pressure outside.

It is this principle of pressure difference that we use in our boxes. We can thus simulate air transport by setting up a negative pressure of -250mbar on your packaging and leaving them for a long time in order to simulate air transport in real conditions..

Yes there are no problems testing rigid packaging, the stresses will be even greater on the part that makes the waterproofing. The pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the container will allow the test to be performed with very good results.

The tests can be carried out without problems in the boxes, but be careful if the products contain air, the immersion test will alter the product. We thus speak of technologie destructive.

No problem, however, if the products contain liquid because the dry test will not affect the product.

In order to overcome this concern for destructive technology, we are working on a non-destructive technology suitable for flexible packaging.

The technology we use measures the deformation of the packaging under the action of the pressure difference. It is therefore difficult to deform a package which is rigid.

This technology allows us to test all types of flexible packaging.

Indeed these two versions are very close and the differences are not obvious..

The PLC version which is the most upscale version, embeds a complete operating system "ORION OS" which allows you, like on a smartphone, install applications to control products in different ways.

This version also includes a multi-user system that guarantees the isolation of each user session and thus allows each user to customize his test interface and programs..

This version also allows us to optionally connect, an SD card reader to export the results. A printer for printing test results as well as a bar code reader to quickly select the test program suitable for the product.

Our devices are all supplied with a calibration certificate, whatever the size and whatever control system you choose.

This certificate guarantees that the information provided by our equipment is correct.. Indeed, it is important that the displayed vacuum level is the effective vacuum level in the box.. The quality of the control you carry out depends on it.

It is also a commitment on our part to the quality of our devices.

All our boxes are manufactured and assembled with care by our team. The electronic and pneumatic part is located under the housing. It is very easy to access it and modify the connections or change elements.

Questions relating to sales and after sales service

Our machines come with a standard warranty of 1 year for parts and the box itself. This warranty is valid worldwide and we repair the machine during this period by not charging the costs of parts and replacement of the housing if it shows a defect in "normal" use..

However, this standard warranty does not cover the cost of transporting the parts to the customer.. A customer who has a concern about a part in Europe, is covered by the standard warranty but he will pay the cost of transport and customs clearance of the parts he receives from Mexico for replacement on his machine.

A stock of standard parts also exists in France.

It exists at Control Sensei / DVACI another guarantee that we call the International guarantee, this guarantee, when it is subscribed, allows you to receive parts free of charge and at no additional cost anywhere in the world. Our technician team prioritizes this type of customer over “standard” customers during their interventions.. This international guarantee is valid 1 year and can be renewed for 5 years.

Our technical team will make an appointment with you to offer you on-site intervention if necessary.

If your teams are already familiar with the use of industrial type machines, there will be no problem to operate the subwoofer.

According to your request, we are studying the possibility of moving our technicians to train you in the use of the box.

An installation manual and a user manual will be provided to you upon delivery..

If necessary, we can also provide your technical department with a maintenance manual in order to perform first level preventive maintenance on the casing.
