The vacuum control system is provided by a programmable controller which controls the venturi or the pump depending on the option chosen for the vacuum.

This PLC allows to perform test cycles with 4 vacuum levels and 4 determined times by the operator. These steps in the test cycle can be linked automatically to improve the constraints on the packaging and thus more precisely detect leaks.

Our box is equipped to carry out all your tests :

• For packaging containing liquid : dry test
• For packaging containing solids and air : test and immersion

It exists in 2 sizes :

• Cut 5 : 600 x 500 x 400 mm
• Cut 6 : 800 x 600 x 500 mm

We can also make your box to measure according to your constraints : vertical position, specific openings, frame without wheels…

Two options available :

• Venturi system that connects directly to your compressed air network (4 at 5 bars minimum)
• Integrated vacuum pump controlled by the system.

• Printer for editing a ticket containing the test results.
• Barcode scanner allowing automatic selection of the program according to the product to be tested.
