I became fascinated by technology from a very young age thanks to Lego (it can take you a long way!), and even as I grew older, I spent hours taking apart, examining and reassembling anything I could get my hands on.
My career as an engineer and my roles in IT departments have taught me to master both the mechanical constraints of a factory and the digital requirements of today’s computer networks.
Then, it was scuba diving that taught me my most valuable lesson in rigour: underwater, pressure is unforgiving.
The same is true in industry. Once you understand how air flows, how a material reacts and how a wall deforms, leaks and packaging defects lose their mystery and reveal their solutions.
After more than 20 years managing teams, IT projects and overseeing production lines in highly regulated sectors, I now put this dual expertise in physics and IT to work to help you tackle your sealing and production challenges.

The ‘sensei’ posture
The name ‘Sensei’ was chosen by analogy with the Japanese culture of knowledge-sharing. We do not impose technical or theoretical knowledge; instead, we work alongside your teams to develop bespoke solutions that enable them to achieve complete autonomy in the field.
Waste Reduction and CSR
Every product that is thrown away is a waste of money and harmful to the environment. That is why Control Sensei prioritises non-destructive testing technologies wherever possible to verify the integrity of your batches without damaging your packaging.
Transparency in communication
Mutual trust is our guiding principle. We discuss technical matters with your engineers and ROI with your management, and we will never sell you an oversized solution that your production lines do not need.

To take our approach through to its logical conclusion, the team minimises its own carbon footprint (by using digital rather than paper-based document management and choosing appropriate modes of transport).
Control Sensei actively supports biodiversity by sponsoring a beehive in Brignais (through the organisation Abeilles et Environnement) and fulfils its responsibility as a manufacturer by actively contributing to the eco-organisation Ecosystem for the recycling and recovery of its electronic equipment.
